About the Role

Initialized is a generalist seed-stage venture firm with over $3B in AUM. The team works closely with technical, ambitious founders and backs them early as they build enduring companies. Initialized is focused on investing across AI, robotics, space, energy, defense, and crypto. The firm has backed companies including Coinbase, Instacart, Flexport, and Rippling and spends a lot of time thinking about how new tools, especially AI, are changing how companies get built. We’re hiring an Operations Associate to assist the management of our SF office and support two partners. You’ll be the person who keeps their partners on-time and on-task and keep the SF office running smoothly. This generalist role blends office operations, classic EA support, and special projects. If you love context-switching, are energized by solving problems before others see them, and enjoy being the person who quietly makes everything work, this role is for you.
