Startup Funding Roundup #1 – March 2026: Europe and US startup funding rounds, major VC deals, and notable investments across startups.

New York based Reflection AI, just two years old, is reportedly in talks to raise at least $2 billion at a valuation north of $20 billion, according to the Financial Times. The company develops open large language models that developers can download and modify, positioning itself as an alternative to fully closed model providers. If completed, the round would more than double its October valuation of $8 billion and mark one of the largest AI financings of the year so far.

The company provides a software platform for the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of hardware systems, targeting teams building increasingly complex physical products that require integrated software tooling.
Ease Health
New York based Ease Health raised a $41 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz. The one year old startup is building an all in one operating system for behavioral health providers, combining admissions, clinical records, and billing into a unified platform. The round signals continued investor appetite for vertical SaaS in healthcare, particularly tools that simplify complex reimbursement and care workflows.

Tangled
London and Helsinki based Tangled raised $4.5 million in a round led by ByFounders, with participation from Bain Capital and Antler. Founded just a year ago, Tangled is developing a decentralized code collaboration platform that allows developers to work together via a distributed network protocol, positioning itself as an alternative to centralized repositories.
